Following your soul’s purpose is one of the most life-giving things you’ll ever do in your life. But it’s not easy it takes work it takes effort, takes facing your fears. Doing the work is not for everyone but it is for the chosen few the ones who are crazy enough to believe that they can.

If you’ve been struggling to build consistent business there’s a couple things that you need to focus on and a couple things you need to focus only.

You are the most important person in your business and your life- when you aren’t good, nothing and no one is good. As leaders we must first lead ourselves. How you lead yourself matters.

The job market is more competitive than ever. As a business owner in hiring manager it’s your job to make sure that the job we’re hiring for actually is something that people want and that provides them a purpose and a deeper connection to the world and themselves as a whole.

Are you driving your business? Are your employees driving your business? Or is something else driving your business?

It’s normal to want to quit while you are growing your business. You might even quit 10 times just today.

On the days you don’t want to show up, and do what you said you were going to do, what do you do? Do you show up or go back to bed? How you do one thing is how you do anything- in this episode I talk about being impeccable with your word- even when you don’t want to.

We are all raised to follow rules and step in line- it makes our parents jobs easier. For many though the rules we continue to follow as adults can be damaging and actually have us living smaller than we know we are meant to live.
